DIY Training

Can’t make the training rides?  Don’t like getting up early on weekends? You can train at your own pace and on your own schedule, just know that we’re here to help however you decide to prepare.

Following are some tips to help you reach 100 miles with just three rides per week over the course of 8 weeks by using a strategy of one fast, one long, and one steady ride. On rest days, remember to do something to keep your body moving like swimming, yoga, or going on a hike. And always know you’re welcome to come join us at any point in your training if you’re able.  It’s great company and we’ve got plenty of support as you start to stretch your distances.
