Mamma Jamma Tuesday Tips! Helpful Tips For Successful Fundraising

Ride week is finally here and we want you to have all the information you need to make this the best Texas Mamma Jamma Ride ever! We can't wait to see everyone at Heritage Square on historic Main Street in Taylor this Saturday, September 16 for a first-class ride and small-town Texas fun. Here are the last-minute details you need to know.

All the information you need for ride day is included in the 2023 Rider Guide. Please review carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

*Remember to bring a signed waiver (last page of Rider Guide) for every rider for whom you are picking up a packet.

Early Packet Pick Up
Beat the rush on ride day morning and get your rider packet and bib number early! Mamma Jamma staff and volunteers will be on-hand to answer any questions.This year's rider packet includes 2023 Mamma Jamma t-shirt and lots of goodies.

Team Captains may pick up their own rider packet and bib, and get packets and bibs for their team members. To get packets and bibs for team members (who have met fundraising minimum), Team Captains must bring with them signed USA Cycling waiver for every rider. (waiver on last page of Rider Guide)

Rider packets and bibs that are not picked up will be available on ride day from 6:15 AM to 7:45 AM at Heritage Square in Taylor.

Mamma Jamma Pre-Party
Join the Texas Beer Company's "The Locals" team on Friday, Sept. 15, for an evening of great music from Mark Garcia and delicious food from Lil Nicky's Wings and Things! Texas Beer Company will be selling the special edition Mamma Jamma beer, with $5 of every six-pack going to support the Big Pink Bus. Don't worry, we won't be staying up too late because we have to ride the next morning! Check out the Facebook event for more details.

Fundraising 411
Remember that every adult rider will need to meet the $350 fundraising minimum to ride. Meet or exceed your $350 fundraising minimum, and not only will you enjoy a first-class cycling experience, but you will receive a yummy lunch from MIXTAPE, a beer from Texas Beer Company, a pink lemonade cocktail from Tito's, and live music by Garrett Pekar – plus our famous Mamma Jamma spa towels, rider medals, vendor booths, games, and more!
 
Be a Big Wig by raising $1,500 or more and you’ll also receive the exclusive Big Wig jersey, VIP parking on Ride Day, and a relaxing post-ride massage. Big Wigs check your inboxes this week for your VIP parking pass!
