"What better place than here, what better time than now?"

It's happening! We're approaching the start line! Get ready to hit the road with a great community rolling in a common cause. Well, after we make sure you know some details. Deep breath, there's a lot:

Rider Guide:
All the information you need for ride day is included in the 2024 Rider Guide. Please review carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

The Rider Guide includes:
⦁ Event Schedule
⦁ Packet Pick-up info
⦁ Bib info
⦁ Parking info
⦁ Venue Map
⦁ Route Maps & a GPX Route link
⦁ Safety and Weather info
⦁ Sponsors
⦁ USA Cycling Waiver (also available on the 2024 Rider Info page on the Mamma Jamma website.)
⦁ And more! (except for the other waiver you'll need, which is also availableat the link above. There's always something...)

Early Packet Pick Up
Beat the line on ride day morning by getting your rider packet, bib number, shirt, and goodies early! Mamma Jamma humans will also be on hand to answer any questions.

Wednesday, September 18
11 AM  – 7 PM
Lake Aire Center
2423 Williams Drive, Georgetown, TX 78628
Please note - we've discovered that Google Maps has a ton of fun with this. Put in 2425 Williams, it'll point you to the right place. The correct address... will not. The easiest thing it to go to the biggest building, and in the door to the far right - there'll be signs!

Thursday, September 19
11 AM – 6 PM
Austin Beerworks
3001 Industrial Terrace, Austin, TX 78758
(We absolutely know this address is correct, for some reason.)

Team Captains may pick up their own rider packet and bib, and get packets and bibs for their team members who have met the fundraising minimum. Captains must bring a signed USA Cycling waiver, and a signed Lone Star Circle of Care Waiver for each rider. Both waivers are available on the 2024 Rider Info page of the website.

Rider packets and bibs that are not picked up early will be available on ride day from 6:15 AM to 9:45 AM.

Survivor Photos!
Since we have four staggered starts, and because we don't want to miss any of our survivors, we'll actually have four rounds of photos:
7:05am - Survivor photo for 70-mile ride
7:55am - Survivor photo for 50-mile ride
8:30am - Survivor photo for 25-mile ride
9:10am - Survivor photo for 15-mile ride

Big Wigs!
You know the deal - get to that $1,500 mark in your fundraising by November 30, and you'll be able to proudly wear the lovely 2024 Big Wig jersey! That second order will be placed in early December.

You'll also get Big Wig parking - volunteers will direct you, and will have a list of Big Wigs. No word on whether the giant red velvet rope will be here on time.

And, you'll have access to the Big Wig Lounge, where you'll get massages and... shh... A/C.

Fundraising Countdown
Every adult rider needs to meet the $350 fundraising minimum to ride. Meet or exceed your $350 fundraising minimum and enjoy a first-class cycling experience.

Teams!
Teams that raise $10,000 or more through the collective individual fundraising efforts of team members get a designated team tent in a prime location near the start/finish. A team tent provides a great meet-up spot and place to gather, take photos, and hang out after the ride. If you want to use a fancy branded team tent, let us know.

Other teams may set up tents or gathering areas to the southeast of Veterans Drive, before the final right turn to the finish. Maybe not as fancy as them fancy $10K-plus team tents, but still a great and fun place to cheer each other in!

Facebook Fundraising
Fundraising is made simple with Facebook Fundraising! Raise an average of $150 more when you connect your personal fundraising page on Classy to your Facebook page and get donations fast! Click here for a step-by-step guide to setting up your Facebook fundraising today!

Big Pink Bus: Life-Saving Mission
Texas Mamma Jamma Ride participants are raising funds to support the life-saving mission of Lone Star Circle of Care’s Big Pink Bus mobile mammography service. The Big Pink Bus addresses the critical need for affordable and accessible mammograms among underserved and uninsured Central Texas women. Early detection saves lives! The Big Pink Bus helps identify breast cancer earlier by providing the latest screening technology to our neighbors who need it most.

Whew. If you read all of this, you should definitely consider riding the 70 miler. Anyway, we can’t wait to see you this Saturday! Please don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions after reading the Rider Guide.
